Getting started with konek on mobile

Android APK installation
Download our Android APK directly from konek by tapping the Android link below. Your phone may warn you about installing from an unknown source; this is normal. Go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and enable installation from unknown sources, then open the APK file. Android 7 and above are supported. Once installed, you can update the app by downloading the latest APK and opening it again—your account data stays intact.
iOS and desktop web app
Open konek.bet in Safari on your iPhone or iPad, or in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge on desktop. Tap the share button (up arrow) and select "Add to Home Screen" on iOS, or look for "Install" in your browser menu on desktop. The web app will launch in full-screen mode and behave like a native app. You can also simply bookmark konek.bet and access it directly from your browser.
Registration and account setup
When you first open the konek app, you will see a registration screen. Enter your username (3–20 characters), email address, phone number, and a strong password. We will send a confirmation code to your email and SMS to verify both. Once verified, your account is active and you can deposit. However, before you can withdraw funds, we will ask you to upload a photo of your national identity document and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). This verification typically takes one business day. You can place markets and explore our casino games immediately after registration, but your first withdrawal will wait for KYC approval.
Your first deposit
After registration, go to the Deposit section in your account menu. We accept DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet for mobile wallets, as well as direct bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Select your preferred method and follow the payment provider's flow—your konek account will credit the funds once the provider confirms the transaction. Deposits settle within minutes for e-wallets and within one business day for bank transfers. Your account balance updates automatically when the payment is received.
Check regional availability
Our services are available only where local law permits. Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and other supported jurisdictions can access our markets. You are responsible for verifying that your use of konek complies with your local regulations.
App features: speed and notifications
The konek app loads market data faster than the web browser because it caches your recent markets, account balance, and transaction list locally. This means you can open the app and see your Liga 1 markets and live-dealer table status without waiting for a full network refresh. Push notifications tell you when a match you are watching settles, when your withdrawal is approved, or when a live-dealer table becomes available. You control notification settings in your account preferences; you can turn off notifications for specific event types or mute them during certain hours.
Offline cache and weak connectivity
If your internet drops temporarily, the konek app will show you your last-loaded markets, account balance, and transaction history. You cannot place new markets or deposit while offline, but you can review your existing bets and your account summary. Once your connection returns, the app syncs with our servers and refreshes all data. This is especially useful during busy tournament periods like Piala AFF when network congestion may cause slower web browsing.
Device compatibility
Our Android APK works on Android 7 and above. For iOS, the progressive web app supports iOS 12 and above (iPhone 5s and newer). Desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) all support the konek web app. We do not currently offer an Apple App Store build due to regional restrictions, but the iOS web app functions identically to a native app once installed to your home screen. If you have an older device, you can always access konek via your desktop or laptop browser.
Common installation issues
If your Android phone says "This file is not compatible," check that you have Android 7 or above. If the APK does not download, check that your phone has at least 50 MB of free storage and that your internet connection is stable. On iOS, if "Add to Home Screen" does not appear, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome or another browser); some browsers do not support PWA installation. If the web app does not load, clear your browser cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data on iOS, or the equivalent in your desktop browser). If installation still fails after these steps, contact our support team and we will assist you.
Data, permissions, and account security
The konek app requests permission to send you push notifications and, on Android, to access your device storage (for app cache). We do not request access to your contacts, photos, location, or microphone. All data you send to konek—your name, email, phone, identity document, and betting history—is encrypted in transit and stored in our secure database. Your password is hashed and never transmitted to us in plain text. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which you can do from your account settings in the app. 2FA adds an extra verification step when you log in from a new device, making it harder for someone to access your account without your permission.
